G10 Epoxy glass fiber laminated sheet (Normal):This product was laminated by the high temperature and high pressure with electronic glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin.With high mechanical and dielectric properties,good heat and wave resistance,also with good machinability;This product can meet the EU ROHS standard,it is widely export to southeast Aisa, European, India,etc.
G10 Epoxy glass fiber laminated sheet (Flame retardant)::This product was laminated by the high temperature and high pressure with electronic glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin,and add the flame retardant material to make sure the fire resistance to be UL94 V-0,the epoxy resin formula is note same as FR4,but the technical data are very similar to FR4,customer may can choose this to save cost.
G10 is not a material name,but a material grade,the name G10 comes from the NEMA grading system where the “G” standards for “Glass fiber base”
